  Decided today was a shopping day dedicated to finding an array of jeans for the upcoming cold weather. Without a doubt very pleased with both the jeans I purchased as well as the service I received while doing so. Cashier "3" as stated on my receipt was very personable and helped make my experience(let's be real, jean shopping can be tedious) more fluid and enjoyable than I could have ever imagined. Will not hesitate to take the time to drive from out of town again. Well worth the trip.

  I guess they don’t want my business. The manager was snarky about it too. I guess I’ll get my Levi’s from Hudson’s Bay.

  Faulty pair of denim ripped at the inseams. Wanted to swap it out for the EXACT same item. Apparently you can’t do that in Cookstown!

  Apparently you can’t return an item at this location because they are a “franchise”. You need to drive in a snowstorm to Vaughan so they can exchange it for you.

  my experience at Levi's is great! every time I come I'm always greeted by all the staff working there and always end up striking a conversation with them. they are very helpful finding me the correct sizes I need. two thumbs up!!
