  740pm and no longer taking patients. Come on! You are open until 9. At least give an hour before closing. I drove 45min to the only clinic that said they were open to drive home again.

  It's walkin clinic. So with that in mind what can you ask for? Clean - yep. Compassionate - yep. Doctors make sound judgements when given all the information - yep. On top of all that, the hours that this Centre are open for are very helpful as it makes accessing care easy for busy families.

  The staff at the front desk is so rude. She should not be dealing with the public. I waited 3 hour with my son who was in pain with a knee injury. She let 8 people go in front on us. I asked her about it and she walked away. While another receptionist stood watching me at the counter waiting to know when it was our turn she never approached. Going on hour number 4 I'm realising I should have left long ago. This is terrible clinic they need to rehire staff that knows how to communicate with the public.

  As with most walk ins the wait was sooooo long but the staff were friendly & helpful and the doctor was really good. Very nice to my teenage daughter who was really nervous about having to get stitches.

  My 2 year old definitely has an ear infection.. I went to this clinic which 'closes at 4' but closed registration at 2pm because there were 8 ppl waiting.. do the math.. 8 ppl.. that's 4 per hour.. so the doctor needs 15 mins per patient?? When I challenged the receptionist saying.. you're not supposed to turn away sick children she asked me if that was a new rule.. uh no.. I responded.. I've worked for doctors for years.. she said 'Well when do I get to go home?' As if I give a flying fu@k when u go home when I have a 2 year old with a fever for almost 3 days and her ears are hurting.. really!! I wish there weren't any kids in the waiting room so I could really my tell her what she is!! She also told me they turn kids down all the time!! I sarcastically said 'You're an amazing human aren't you?' Then left! She said her name is Karen... so... 'Karen' I hope you enjoy reading the complaint I have set here and will send to the College of Physicians
